Disc drums of the Polat Machinery’s Cream Separators have automatic cleaning function. The dirtiness accumulated inside the drum is discharged with the help of the moving drum, within the periodic time ranges preset over the control panel. Movement of the moving drum is carried out with operation water controlled by the solenoit valves. Drums are manufactured from the duplex (DIN 1,4462) stainless material, which is resistant against corrosion and having high mechanical resistance, using the latest technology.
Product enters/exists into/from the drum via a closed tube system. In- and output connections of the separator are in compliance with the DIN 11851 or ISO 2037 norms and standards. All of the parts, which have contact with the product, are completely made of stainless steel. Upper and lower covers, which are located on the cast iron body of the drum, mud container and cyclone are completely made of stainless steel and designed to provide noise isolation.
Engine has a stainless steel frame and a thermic protection system. 3-phased engine is operated with the inverter (speed control) located on the engine control panel. All of the controls belonging to the separator are being carried out by the programmable power and plc control panel and the panel’s material is stainless steel.
Rotation speed of the drum, separator’s current, blowout time period and remaining time for the discharge are shown on the control panel and touch screen is also available. Furthermore, there exist also stainless monometers, which indicate the output pressures of milk and cream and there are also stainless steel valves, which enable adjusting these pressures values.
Design of the PMS 505C / PMS 405C Cream Separators has been accomplished in a way to be adapted to the CIP system. All of these equipments are manufactured from stainless steel material and assembled on a platform.
Polat Machinery provides service for the cream separator’s installation, control, operator training and machine optimization to its all customers.
