Intensification Decanter
The decanter is used for the intensification process of sludge in this application. Sludge volume for the following operation is reduced by 90% and tanks of the facility is ensured to be used effectively. Centrifuge intensificators are used for both intensify and dewater the sludge.
Dewatering Decanter
Solid materials separated are transferred to the solid output through the barrel and conical part with a spiral carrier. Solid materials are stressed in the conical part and the dewatering rate is increased.
Installation and labor costs of the decanters are low. They are advantageous in terms of hygiene and odor since they are closed systems. They have a very low infection risk.
