GASKI continues its path with Polat Makina

GASKI Treatment Plants has used Polat Makina decanters in treatment processes since 2014. Eyup Anlatici, the Director of GASKI Treatment Plants states that the product outcome is tripled thanks to Polat decanters.

Gaziantep Municipality’s GASKİ Treatment Plants which was established in 1999 and provides service with capacity of 300 thousand of square meter have used Polat Makina decanters in treatment processes since 2014. Eyup Anlatici, the Director of GASKI Treatment Plants states that the product outcome is tripled thanks to Polat decanters.

Eyup Anlatici explains their waste water processes: “Our facility has a pre-treatment unit to separate the physical materials within the waste water obtained in the first stage. Waste water goes into the primary sediment pool where the sludge and water are separated and then the treatment process is concluded in ventilation and water pools where biological treatment is realized. Sludge obtained is separated from its gas and the sludge dregs are disposed by increasing their dry material rate by our decanters in the sludge dewatering units.”

Stating that they both save from time and triple the outcome of the product, Anlatici said that: “We acquire the efficiency which we desire to have thanks to Polat decanters. The firm takes each of our demand into consideration and realizes researches with its expert R&D team. For example, they manufactured a machinery with liquid bed lubrication upon our request and the device is used actively now.”

Anlatici continues that: “Decanter is the most important equipment in the process of dewatering the sludge in waste water treatment plants and Polat decanters provide convenience for us. We obtain efficiency by 98% in recovery rate which is a significant value for waste water treatment plants. We have taken steps in our route together with Polat Makina since 2014 because of its effective service network, solution-oriented R&D team and high quality and efficiency decanters.”
